* COMMENT Fatty acids:
CX-STAN 210-1999 - Codex Alimentarius states the fatty acid composition of single-species oils. For rapeseed oil with a low oleic acid content, erucic acid can be present up to 2%. In this case, the difference in erucic acid is probably due to different basic raw material. In both oils, the amount of erucic acid complies with both Commission Regulation 1881/2006 and CX-STAN 210-1999 - Codex Alimentarius fatty acid composition.
